We bring your exercise, nutrition, lifestyle, health data, and wellness goals together into a coordinated plan.
Pick a category, then choose the pathway closest to your goal — we'll refine the details together.

Your health does not happen in isolation. Victory helps you improve the lifestyle factors that work together to influence how you feel, function, perform, and age.
Coaching is educational and supportive — it works alongside, not in place of, your physicians and licensed providers.
Published as written on Google. Coaching complements — but does not replace — care from licensed healthcare professionals.
“Victor's coaching transformed my health completely. I lost 30 pounds, gained energy, and learned habits that will last a lifetime. The whole-person approach is unlike anything I've experienced.”
“The whole-person approach is what sets Victory apart. They didn't just give me a workout plan — they actually investigated my labs and changed my relationship with health.”
“As someone with chronic back pain, I was hesitant about fitness coaching. Victor's medical-integrated approach made all the difference. I finally feel strong again.”

Victory Health & Wellness is a Central Texas practice built around one idea: lasting change comes from measurement plus coaching, not willpower. We work with adults who feel stuck — weight that will not move, energy that fades by mid-afternoon, bloodwork that keeps drifting the wrong direction — and we start by finding out what is actually happening inside the body before recommending a single change. Clients see us in person at our Hutto and West Lake Hills clinics, and by secure video from anywhere in Texas and across the United States.
A typical first eight to twelve weeks looks like this. You come in for a free fifteen-minute consultation so we understand your goal and history. If we are a fit, we take a baseline: body composition on the InBody scanner, resting or active metabolic testing when it will change the plan, and a functional lab panel that looks at metabolic, thyroid, inflammation, and nutrient markers. Your coach then translates those numbers into two or three habit changes you can actually hold — protein at breakfast, a strength session you will not skip, a bedtime that gives you seven hours. You check in regularly, and we re-measure at the end so progress shows up as data rather than a feeling.
What we do not do matters just as much. Our coaches hold National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach credentials and work in a coaching scope: education, measurement, behavior change, and accountability. We do not diagnose disease or tell you to change a prescription. When something in your labs or symptoms belongs with a physician, we say so and coordinate with your provider. Many clients use us alongside their primary care doctor, their endocrinologist, or a medical weight loss prescriber — the coaching is what makes those visits stick between appointments.
People find us searching for an Austin weight loss coach, metabolic health testing, a nutrition coach near Hutto or Round Rock, or lifestyle medicine in West Lake Hills. Whatever brought you here, the next step is the same and it costs nothing: a short conversation about your goal, an honest answer about whether we can help, and a clear picture of what starting would involve.
Weight alone is a poor guide. Two people at the same weight can carry very different amounts of muscle, visceral fat, and water, and those differences change what their plan should look like. That is why our baseline leans on measurements rather than a single number: InBody body composition separates fat mass from skeletal muscle and tracks visceral fat; metabolic testing with PNOĒ shows your resting burn rate and whether you rely more on fat or carbohydrate for fuel; VO2 max reflects cardiorespiratory fitness, one of the strongest predictors of long-term health; BTrackS force-plate testing scores balance and fall risk; and functional lab panels look at metabolic, thyroid, inflammation, and nutrient markers that explain fatigue or stalled progress. Continuous glucose monitoring and DNA-based reports are available when they will genuinely change the plan.
Our clients are usually adults in their thirties through seventies who are busy, reasonably informed, and tired of starting over. Some are working through weight that returned after a previous diet; some are preparing for or recovering from a medical event and want structure; some are managing prediabetes, cholesterol, or blood pressure alongside their physician; some are older adults protecting strength, balance, and independence; and some are simply high performers who want objective data on where their health is heading. We also work with couples and families who prefer to change habits together, and with clients whose care is coordinated with a medical weight loss prescriber.
