If you complete the Deep Health Assessment, we store your name, email address, the date you gave consent and your six summary area scores (not your individual answers) so we can email your results. By checking the consent box you also agree to receive ongoing communications from Victory Health & Wellness, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. These scores are never sent to analytics platforms.

Data retention policy

We retain personal information (such as contact information submitted via web forms) only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, provide our services, resolve inquiries, or comply with applicable legal obligations. Standard website usage data and cookies are retained by our third-party analytics providers according to their operational retention policies. Data deletion request process
