Dr. Jill Davis holds a Doctor of Audiology and a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Cincinnati. She specializes in advanced digital hearing aid fittings and has extensive training and experience with all major hearing aid manufacturers.
Victor serves as Practice Administrator and plays a key leadership role in expanding Victory Hearing into a truly integrative care model. With a background in business management and nearly three decades of experience in public service and organizational leadership, he brings a steady commitment to patient experience and long-term community health.
Dr. Trevino earned her Au.D. from UT Dallas and continued her academic training with a Ph.D. in Communication Sciences and Disorders. Her clinical interests include identifying individual communication needs, fitting hearing devices, and managing sound disorders such as tinnitus and hyperacusis.
With over six years of healthcare management experience, Rachel specializes in insurance coordination, provider scheduling, and making sure every patient enjoys a seamless and supportive experience from first call to follow-up.
Originally from California and now proud to call Austin home, Valerie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Azusa Pacific University and is often the welcoming voice patients meet first.
