We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Cancellation & Appointment Policy

Victory Health & Wellness reserves dedicated appointment time for each client. We understand that schedules can change, and we ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• 24+ hours’ notice: You may cancel or reschedule without a cancellation fee.
• Less than 24 hours’ notice: A late-cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service fee may be charged.
• No-show: Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment and do not provide notice may be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.

Cancellation and no-show fees are generally not reimbursable through insurance and are the responsibility of the client.

For prepaid packages, memberships, or programs, a late cancellation or no-show may result in the applicable session being charged or deducted from the client’s available sessions.

We understand that emergencies and unexpected circumstances occur. Victory Health & Wellness may waive a cancellation fee at its discretion when appropriate.
