How to use these resources

Most people arrive here with one of three questions: where do I start, what will this cost, and what actually happens at a visit. If you are starting from scratch, run the self-assessment first — it walks through weight history, energy, sleep, activity, stress, and family history, then turns your answers into a short list of the measurements worth taking. From there the consultation scheduler matches you to the right free fifteen-minute visit, in person in Hutto or West Lake Hills or by secure video anywhere in Texas and beyond.

If cost is the open question, start with program pricing and the HSA/FSA guide. Many of our coaching programs, functional lab panels, body composition scans, and metabolic tests can be paid with pre-tax health dollars when they are tied to a qualifying health need, which effectively lowers what you spend by your tax rate. The pricing page lists what each consultation, program, panel, and test costs, so nothing is a surprise at checkout.

If you want to understand our approach before talking to anyone, read the H.E.A.L.T.H. program overview, the functional lab testing explainer, and the guide to what a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach can and cannot do. Together they describe the scope we work in: coaching, education, measurement, and accountability alongside your physician rather than in place of one. The blog and wellness guide go deeper on nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, and recovery week by week.

Questions we hear before a first visit

Do I need labs before I book?
No. Bring whatever recent bloodwork you already have and we will review it with you. If a panel would add useful information, we explain which markers and why before anything is ordered.
Is the first consultation really free?
Yes. The initial fifteen-minute wellness consultation is complimentary and carries no obligation. Its purpose is to understand your goal and tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.
Can I work with you from outside Austin?
Yes. Coaching, nutrition, and program check-ins run over secure video, and testing kits can ship to you. In-person scans and metabolic testing happen at our Hutto and West Lake Hills locations.
