Why these programs

Matched to You

Programs are assigned based on your Deep Health Assessment and consultation, not a one-size-fits-all plan.

Clinically Coordinated

Every program integrates with your audiological and balance care, so nutrition and fitness support your whole-person outcomes.

Built on the ACLM Six Pillars

Nutrition, movement, restorative sleep, stress management, social connection, and avoidance of risky substances are woven into every plan.

Real Structure, Real Accountability

Weekly check-ins through the Victory Coaching App keep you on track between visits.

How it works

  1. 1

    Deep Health Assessment

Start with an assessment and consultation with your coach to map where you are today.

  2. 2

    Program Match

Your coach matches you to a program based on your goals, health history, and clinical care needs.

  3. 3

    Weekly Check-Ins

Structured weekly check-ins through the Victory Coaching App keep the work moving between visits.

  4. 4

    Review & Transition

Progress reviews determine when it's time to advance, adjust, or transition to another program.

Part of our Integrated Care Framework

These programs are not standalone products. They are coordinated with the clinical audiological care, functional medicine, and Medicine 3.0 services already offered at Victory Health & Wellness — so what you do between visits supports what happens during them.

They can also pair with DNA-Based Coaching (GxSlim, GxRenew, GxPerform, and more) for clients who have completed genetic testing, giving your coach more context on how your body responds to nutrition and training.

We serve clients in person at our Hutto and West Lake Hills clinics — convenient to Round Rock, Austin, Cedar Park, and Georgetown — and virtually across the U.S.
