For clients and referring clinicians

Physician Collaboration & Our Evidence-Based Approach

Victory provides health education, lifestyle coaching, and accountability that work alongside licensed medical care. We help clients carry clinician-directed goals into everyday life without replacing diagnosis or treatment.

Clear roles. Shared goals.

The clinician manages medical evaluation and care. Victory supports education, behavior change, and follow-through within health-coaching scope.

How collaboration works

  1. Step 1

    Start a conversation

The client or clinician contacts Victory to discuss goals and whether coaching is an appropriate fit.

  2. Step 2

    Confirm permission

The client chooses whether Victory may communicate with members of their healthcare team.

  3. Step 3

    Support follow-through

Coaching focuses on education, routines, accountability, and questions to bring back to the clinician.

Evidence-informed health coaching that supports client follow-through while respecting the clinician's care plan and professional authority.

Appropriate coaching support

  • Needs help turning clinician-directed goals into sustainable daily routines
  • Would benefit from structured accountability between clinical visits
  • Is working on movement, sleep, stress, nutrition habits, or health literacy
  • Needs educational support tracking behaviors and discussing observations with their care team

Scope boundaries

  • Our coaches do not diagnose medical conditions.
  • Our coaches do not independently prescribe medications.
  • Our coaches do not treat disease.
  • Our coaches never direct clients to discontinue or modify prescribed medications.
  • Our coaches do not replace physicians, audiologists, registered dietitians, physical therapists, mental-health professionals, or other licensed providers.

Communication and coordination

  • Victory may coordinate with a client's healthcare team when appropriate and authorized by the client.
  • Wellness coaching remains separate from licensed clinical services and is always optional.
  • Where medical services are delivered by partner providers, those services are provided by appropriately licensed professionals under their own clinical authority.
  • We encourage every client to maintain an ongoing relationship with their physician and other healthcare professionals.
