Step 1 — Risk factors

Answer honestly rather than optimistically. The recommendation panel updates as soon as every question is answered.

Question 1

What is your main reason for looking into wellness care?

Question 2

Have you been told you have any of these by a clinician?

Choose the closest match — this is not a diagnosis.

Question 3

How much intentional movement do you get each week?

Question 4

How would you describe your eating pattern right now?

Question 5

How are your sleep and stress load?

Question 6

Have you tried structured programs before?

Question 7

What kind of support do you want?

Question 8

How interested are you in objective data?

Labs, body composition, or continuous glucose monitoring.

Your recommendation

Answer every question and a suggested appointment type, reading path, and next step will appear here. Your answers stay on your device.

Educational only. This is not a diagnosis, medical advice, or a guarantee of any service, medication, or outcome. Always coordinate with your own healthcare provider.

Step 2 — Baseline numbers

These standard formulas give you a starting frame of reference. In clinic we replace the estimates with InBody body-composition testing and, where appropriate, lab work.

Body measurements

Population-level estimates using standard formulas — not a prescription, diagnosis, or personalized nutrition plan. BMI ignores muscle mass; in clinic we use InBody body-composition testing instead. Discuss any change in eating or training with your provider.

Step 3 — Cost planning

Model what a realistic pathway could cost per month and across your planning horizon. For published bundles, see program pricing.

Questions

Self-assessment questions

What this hub does, what it does not do, and what happens after you finish.

Is this self-assessment a medical diagnosis?
No. Every tool on this page is educational and non-diagnostic. It helps you organize your goals, numbers, and questions before a consultation. Only a licensed provider who has evaluated you can diagnose a condition or recommend treatment.
How long does the assessment take?
The risk-factor questions take about three minutes, and the calculators take another two. The planning checklist is designed to be worked through over a few days before your appointment.
Do you store my answers?
No. Your answers and calculator inputs stay in your browser. The planning checklist saves your ticks to your own device so you can come back to it, and nothing is submitted to Victory Health & Wellness.
Does the cost estimator give me a final price?
No. It shows planning ranges only. Victory does not set or control medication, pharmacy, shipping, or laboratory pricing, and current pricing is confirmed during your consultation or enrollment.
What appointment should I book after the assessment?
Most people start with a Comprehensive Wellness Consultation, available in person in Hutto or West Lake Hills or virtually. The recommendation panel tells you whether coaching, lab testing, or a medical review is worth discussing at that visit.
Can I use FSA or HSA funds for these services?
Wellness, lifestyle, and overall health services are self-pay. FSA/HSA cards may be used when a service is deemed medically necessary by your provider, and we can provide an itemized receipt for reimbursement.
Foundation focus

If your result was Foundation focus

Maintenance and refinement: one consultation plus a body-composition baseline.

I scored in the foundation range — do I still need an appointment?
A single Comprehensive Wellness Consultation is usually enough to confirm your baseline and set targets. It is optional, but most people find one visit with InBody body-composition testing turns general habits into a specific plan.
Does a foundation result mean I do not need lab testing?
It means labs are not the obvious starting point based on your answers. If you have not had recent bloodwork, or your goals change, functional lab testing can still be discussed at your consultation.
What should I bring to a foundation-path consultation?
Your recent measurements, any wearable or app data you already track, and two or three specific goals. The planning checklist on this page lists everything worth gathering.
Guided coaching focus

If your result was Guided coaching focus

Coaching-led change with lifestyle medicine support and periodic measurement.

What does the guided coaching path actually involve?
A Comprehensive Wellness Consultation followed by a coaching intake with a lifestyle review, then recurring coaching sessions focused on movement, nutrition, sleep, and stress with periodic re-measurement.
How often would I meet with a coach on the guided path?
Most guided plans start with sessions every one to two weeks, then space out as habits stabilize. Your exact cadence is agreed at the coaching intake, not decided by this assessment.
Can I add lab testing to the guided coaching path later?
Yes. Functional lab testing can be added at any point if you and your provider decide objective data would change the plan. Lab and pharmacy pricing is set by third parties, not by Victory.
Comprehensive focus

If your result was Comprehensive focus

Objective data first, then coaching, with independent medical review where appropriate.

Why did my answers point to a comprehensive, data-informed path?
Several interacting factors — metabolic history, sleep or stress load, and previous programs that did not hold — tend to respond better when objective data comes first and coaching is coordinated with a medical review.
Does the comprehensive path mean I will be prescribed medication?
No. Nothing on this site prescribes or guarantees medication. If a medical option is appropriate, it is evaluated and prescribed only by an independent licensed provider after their own assessment.
What does a comprehensive path typically cost per month?
It varies with the pathway you choose. Use the cost estimator in Step 3 for planning ranges, and confirm current pricing at your consultation — Victory does not set medication, pharmacy, shipping, or laboratory pricing.
