Best for: Clients new to structured coaching who want steady, sustainable fat loss without extreme restriction.

A gradual, coach-guided approach to fat loss built around a moderate daily calorie deficit and consistent food logging. Rather than a crash diet, this program focuses on building the habits — planning meals, reading hunger cues, staying consistent through busy weeks — that make results last. Your coach reviews your logs weekly and adjusts your targets as your body responds, so the plan keeps working even as life gets in the way.

Weekly coach check-ins, personalized calorie and macro targets, food logging guidance, and a progress review every 4 weeks so the plan evolves with you.
Build lasting nutrition habits, achieve gradual fat loss, and develop a more consistent, confident relationship with food.
