Questions

Fitness, Training & Movement FAQs

Common questions before you book — ask us anything else on your free consultation.

What is the difference between hybrid and virtual training?
Hybrid training combines in-person assessments at our Austin-area clinics with monthly 1:1 sessions and remote programming. Virtual training is fully online — video check-ins, app-delivered workouts, and coach feedback wherever you live.
I have not exercised in years. Is this still for me?
Yes. Your coach starts from an assessment, not an assumption, and scales strength, balance, and mobility work to where you are today. SilverSneakers classes are a gentle on-ramp for older adults.
Is SilverSneakers covered by my insurance?
Many Medicare Advantage and supplement plans include SilverSneakers at no extra cost. Check your plan's eligibility, and our team can help you confirm before your first class.
Do I need equipment for a program at home?
Most programs are written around what you already have. Bands, a pair of dumbbells, and a bench cover the majority of sessions, and your coach substitutes exercises when equipment is limited.
