Wellness Testing & Assessments FAQs

Common questions before you book — ask us anything else on your free consultation.

Which test should I start with?
If you want one number to build from, start with an InBody body composition scan. If your goal is fitness or metabolism, add PNOE VO2 max and RMR testing. Balance and cognitive screening are the usual starting points for adults focused on healthy aging.
Do I need a referral to book testing?
No referral is needed for our in-clinic testing. Some functional lab panels include the lab order as part of the service, and results are always reviewed with you in plain language.
How often should I retest?
Most clients retest body composition every 4 to 8 weeks and metabolic or lab markers every 3 to 6 months, so you can see whether your routine is actually moving the numbers.
What do these results tell me — and not tell me?
They give you an objective baseline for fitness, body composition, balance, and biomarkers. They are wellness and educational measures; they are not a medical diagnosis, and anything concerning is referred to your clinician.
