Comprehensive Programs & Care FAQs

Common questions before you book — ask us anything else on your free consultation.

How do I know which Victory program fits me?
Start with a free wellness consultation. We review your goals, history, and any recent labs or testing, then recommend the program with the right level of structure — from self-paced coaching to clinician-supported weight care.
Can I combine a program with testing or training?
Yes. Most clients pair a program with baseline testing such as InBody or VO2 max, and many add hybrid or virtual personal training. Your coach sequences them so you are not doing everything at once.
Are these programs a replacement for my doctor?
No. Victory coaching and lifestyle education work alongside your physician's care. We share results with your clinicians when you ask us to, and we never adjust medication your clinician manages.
How long does a program usually run?
Most clients commit to 12 weeks or longer, because habit and body-composition changes need time to show up on a retest. Month-to-month options are available if you prefer a shorter runway.
