Menopause & perimenopause HRT
Menopausal hormone therapy commonly uses estrogen, sometimes with progesterone, for eligible people experiencing menopause-related symptoms. A licensed clinician may also discuss local vaginal therapy or non-hormone approaches depending on the concern.
Hot flashes, night sweats, disrupted sleep and vaginal discomfort are reasons to seek a clinical conversation—not proof that hormones are needed. Medical history and individual risks matter. The partner HRT pathway described in the handbook is for women before, during and after menopause; the independent provider determines eligibility.
