Metabolic & Biometric Testing in Austin, TX
Choose measurements that answer a real question—not tests for testing's sake. This guide compares Victory's body composition, glucose, fitness, lab, cognitive and balance baselines and shows what each can and cannot tell you.

Start with the question, then choose the measurement
A useful baseline should change a decision: how you train, which eating pattern you test, what you discuss with your physician or when you measure again. If it will not change a decision, you may not need it.
Victory Health & Wellness uses assessment data for education and coaching. These services do not replace medical evaluation, establish a diagnosis or direct medication decisions.
Hearing and vestibular evaluation are not part of this testing menu. Those concerns belong with an audiologist at our separate sister practice, Victory Hearing & Balance, or another appropriate licensed clinician.
Six ways to build a useful baseline
Each option owns a different question. Compare them here, then visit the detailed page for preparation, pricing and booking.

- InBody 580 scanA fast in-clinic body-composition baseline.
Glucose patterns

Cognitive and balance baselines

A combined metabolic picture

- Metabolic Intelligence ProgramMultiple measurements translated into practical habits.
- Free Deep Health AssessmentStart with your goals before choosing a test.
How to choose without overtesting
- 1Name the decisionStart with what you want to understand or change—not a long list of available numbers.
- 2Choose one useful baselineSelect the measurement most directly tied to that question.
- 3Put the result in contextReview wellness findings with your coach and clinical questions with the appropriate licensed professional.
- 4Re-measure on purposeRepeat only when enough time has passed for the result to guide the next decision.

Metabolic and biometric testing questions
- Which wellness test should I start with?
- Start with the question you want answered. InBody measures body composition, CGM shows glucose patterns, PNOĒ measures fitness and resting metabolism, and lab panels add biological context. Cognitive and balance assessments establish separate healthy-aging baselines.
- Do these assessments diagnose a medical condition?
- No. Victory Health & Wellness uses these measurements for wellness education, baselines and coaching. Diagnosis, medication decisions and clinical interpretation remain with the appropriate licensed clinician.
- Are hearing tests included in metabolic and biometric testing?
- No. The online hearing screener is educational, and diagnostic hearing or vestibular care is provided separately by our sister practice, Victory Hearing & Balance. The practices can coordinate only when appropriate and authorized by you.
- Can I combine more than one test?
- Yes, when each measurement answers a useful question. A free consultation can help you avoid unnecessary testing and choose a sequence that fits your goals.
- Where is testing available?
- In-clinic measurements are available in Hutto and West Lake Hills, Texas. Coaching and some follow-up reviews may be completed virtually when appropriate.
